Our Villa is situated in the north of the fantastic island of Fuerteventura. The Islands of Lanzarote and Lobos are within easy reach by ferry.
The reason we love La Capellanía, (also know as Tamaragua) is that although being a short drive away from Corralejo and its famous beaches, it is ideally positioned for day trips to the fantastic lagoons of El Cotillo.
The villa is situated in a fairly large community, surrounded by similar traditional villas of Canarian design.
Many local people live in the community, so things are fairly quiet and as such this is appreciated in return, this is not a Club 18-30 location.
The detached villa sits in a plot of 250 sqm, has private parking at the front and a private rear garden complete with furniture and a pool to cool off in. The rear garden is walled on all sides.
The villa’s main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The large lounge / dining area has seating for 6 and a large flat screen television with local, and international television channels, including Spanish, German and some English.
There is a compulsory cleaning service charge for each rental period. This includes fresh towels and linen at the beginning of your stay. We have a property manager based in La Capellanía which you can contact should there be any problems during your stay.
The journey time from the airport is approximately 30 minutes by car.
There are many companies available which can offer transfers by taxi and reasonably priced schedule buses are also available.
With an average of over 300 sunny days, Fuerteventura offers year round warm weather making it an ideal Summer or Winter sun destination.
