Our villa is situated in the north of the fantastic island of Fuerteventura with the very different Islands of Lanzarote and Lobos within easy reach by regular ferry.
The reason we love La Capellanía (also know as Tamaragua) is that although being a short drive away from Corralejo and it’s famous beaches it is also ideally positioned for day trips to the fantastic lagoons of El Cotillo on the west coast.
In our opinion if you book your holiday in the centre of one of the Islands main resorts , whilst you will have lovely holiday, you will miss so much that Fuerteventura has to offer and a few ‘car’ day trips are a must.
The villa is situated in a fairly large community surrounded by similar traditional style Canarian design villas. Many local people live in the community so things are generally quiet and as such this is appreciated in return, this is not a Club 18-30 part of the Island.
The detached villa sits in a plot of 250 sqm, has private parking at the front, and an amply sized private garden at the rear, complete with garden furniture and a private pool to cool off in. The rear garden is walled on all sides.
The villa’s main bedroom has a full-sized double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds.
The large lounge / dining area has a large flat screen television with local, and international television channels including Spanish, German and some English. There is also a DVD player.
At the beginning of your stay our local property managers will clean the villa and supply fresh bed linen, towels etc. Linen and towels will then be replaced weekly.
Additional linen changes / full services are also available at an extra charge.
Our property manager is based in La Capellanía and you can contact them if there are any problems with the villa during your stay.
Journey time from the airport is approx. 30 minutes by car. Although there are many companies offering transfers, or the option of reasonably priced buses.
Fuerteventura offers 300 days of year round sunshine, making it an ideal holiday destination any time of the year.
